after 126 years of continuous educational service, the school closed. A 766-page condition study commissioned in 2020 and delivered in 2023. In the summer of 2024, Woburn's City Council unanimously transferred the 3.5-acre parcel to Mayor Michael Concannon — officially ending 132 years of uninterrupted educational use at the site.
